We shall see, much of what is being said now is what was said in 2004 by the other side of the aisle. I saw Obama coming, knew about him well in advance of his White House run, but what I don't see now is someone again like him coming from that side of the camp. Just the same old tired wrinkly folk. It's going to come down to the American Idol Factor in 2016 and which one is more charismatic. Because, frankly only a small minority of people actually voted based on substance and instead voted on being pandered to.

Quoting Bookwormy:

Believe as you like. Lose the WH in 2016 again.

Quoting Canvas_says:

I don't believe that the Republican party is really dying out as many in the media are flailing their arms about. Our party now has control of 30 governor spots to the Democrats 20. I just believe that this president offered more goodies to people, and the Republicans again stayed home come vote day.

Quoting Bookwormy:

The Pew study did *not* say that Fox "News" is fair & balanced. It simply said that MSNBC "News" is even more biased than Fox. My belief is that neither is news and both are Op Ed. I watch neither.

The Republican party is shrinking as it becomes the Retirement party. It isn't 1/2 the population any longer & better regroup before it dies out.

Quoting SallyMJ:

Good for you. Many of us don't like Rachel too much. It's difficult when someone ridicules half the American population. Not exactly a good idea to alienate half of your potential audience. Unlike Fox, where half its viewers are liberal. Not even close at MSNBC.

And a Pew study shows that Fox News actually IS fair and balanced - unlike Rachel Maddow's MSNBC.

Every time I see her my mind starts to play "Dude Looks Like a Lady" by Aerosmith, ugh it's too early for rock.

That could explain some of your closed minded ignorance.

Quoting .lovemybebes.:

Well I wouldn't know about that because I NEVER watch Fox News.

I don't know about attractive...but she is super smart! A bit too partisan for me, but I can filter enough to see where she's headed with her opinions.

And, I almost actually like you, and I have never liked a Democrat before.

I would like for you to be a little more educated on the issues, but..................................
