Texas Governor Rick Perry Does Not Stand Behind Petitions

Although he understands those with frustrations he does not stand behind dividing our country.Governor Rick Perry believes in the greatness of our Union and nothing should be done to change it.

No surprise! Texas has billed itself as "a whole other country" for years through its tourism ads. I lived there for two years in Brazos Valley after graduate school. Some of my older peers who were natives or newcomers to Texas recalled how they were literally given tenure before 1980 just to keep a stable academic workforce. http://www.traveltex.com/
It is not bigger and better than anywhere else in many ways. Alaska still gets ignored or slammed for being larger in land area.
Quoting itsmesteph11:Neither do any of the other Governors of the other 29 States who have secession petitions but people still will get their message across and that's what they intended to do.

Last time around didn't Perry bring up this idea? Or was that just some Texans?
This is such a non issue once you know the facts and any schmuck can start those petitions. :)
All 50 have a petition out now!!!
