Would you be doing the same if this was a democrat who put this committee together?

I posted something similar the other day. Only one poster addressed the actual issue and she said it was the women and minorities fault because they didn't vote for the momen and minority GOP candidates.

It look's to me like they are still in the binders.

YES! Absolutely. If I even said anything.

First, I think the best person for the job should get the job. I could care less what color or sex they are.  Second, I don't know the reasons these men, (and actually he did appoint one woman but that's here nor there)were picked for these posts. The ones I am familiar with are quite capable of doing the job. I don't even know who was seeking the position. Do you know for a fact he picked a man over a woman who wanted the job?   No, you saw a heading and a bunch of white men and just decided it had to be because Republicans hate women and minorities.   I think it's YOU who has the problem.

I do not think the current GOP hates women and minorities necessarily.

I think they just dismiss them as irrelevant.

Yeah remember that so-called "women's issues" are merely "shiny objects".

Even though I don't wear hardly, if any jewelry, I can certainly get behind this "bling".

Best person for the job?

Isn't it seniority rules?

Lifers, all old lifers.

Remember old Strom, sleeping while the houses were in session, with his nurse at his side- back to the nursing home after a day's work sleep?

I love men. Men will do just fine. I don't really care to be quite honest with you. Man, woman, whoever is fit for the job will do.
