I think this may have been from the budgeting process in 2012. Awhile ago, but it's still funny, and most of the information is still good.
Signing off, and trying to save America $1.2 trillion at a time...
If an average American and ex-game show host can think of these cuts, I'm sure our elected leaders could come up with their own list to save $1.2 trillion over 10 years? $120 million dollars a year? - Meaning 10% of the national budget that contains boatloads of fraud, abuse, and wasteful spending? As Woolery found, it would probably take a research team of monkeys 10 minutes to find lots to cut. If our elected leaders have trouble doing this, hire a bunch of taxpayers - they definitely could find waste to cut. Or we can always go with Chuck's "crack research team" of monkeys.
