Very glad SCOTUS reminded Obama about constitutional separation of powers this morning.  You would think he knew about that.

He can still make recess appointments when senate is on break, and the SCOTUS has now confirmed that he can even do it if the vacancy occured before recess.

Partial victory on both sides.

Meanwhile, senate continues to never go on break, just to keep him from doing anything, and the gridlock continues and nobody does anything.
