It’s No Mystery Why CNN Reporter Quickly Deleted Her Jaw-Dropping Tweet About Group of Israelis

CNN international correspondent Diana Magnay called a group Israelis “scum” Thursday as she says the group was cheering as Israel continued its aggressive action against Gaza.

“Israelis on hill above Sderot cheer as bombs land on #gaza; threaten to ‘destroy our car if I say a word wrong’. Scum,” Magnay tweeted. She quickly deleted the controversial post.

The CNN reporter has been silent on Twitter ever since.

The Washington Examiner’s Becket Adams captured a screengrab of Magnay’s tweet before she deleted it:

As TheBlaze reported on Thursday, the Israeli military launched a ground offensive in Gaza on Thursday night, signaling a “new phase of Operation Protective Edge.”

“Our goal is to target Hamas’ tunnels that enable terrorists to infiltrate Israel and carry out attacks. This requires precise operations,” an Israel Defense Forces spokesman said in a statement.

Hamas and other terrorist groups in Gaza have fired more than 1,300 rockets on Israel since last Tuesday.

I actually was watching Al Jazeera America last night -

The reporters on there made more sense than anyone that I have seen on CNN or MSNBC ever.

News in America has a real problem.

True, if you want real new about America, you have to watch abroad.

The UK is pretty good also about getting to what really is going here

She likes having a job so she deleted it. Quickly. Not quickly enough.

Reporter -

Looking at some boys in hoodies thinking at breaking that store window and be robbing some TV's,

better not say the wrong things they might trash our car - scum.

see any problem at all?

But why would that comment jeopardize her job? The worst thing she did was call someone who threatened her "scum". If that was stateside and an American had threatened her no one would bat an eyelash.

I can't tell if you are being facetious lol You can't insinuate that people someplace actually don't know that it's political suicide to denounce Israel
