New to group...issues with DC customer service
I was so excited when I ordered my first Diamond Candle in January. It was Midnight Kiss. Well, the candle arrived broken. I tried to conact customer service and it took over three weeks to hear back from them. They took care of the situation but when that order arrived another one of the candles was broken. I tried again and ordered a few more. Well, needless to say, one had a damaged ring and the other had no scent. Once again I contacted customer service and three weeks later I got a response. I got the replacement candles once today.... almost two weeks after getting the email they shipped.
I was so excited... I lit one and guess what.... there is no scent to the candle once again. I am frustrated beyond belief. I was looking forward to ordering more but am aggervated with their lack of customer service.
Has anyone else had issues with their customer service??
I love the product but it kind of stinks that the only way to contact them is by email.......
Yes and they erase the message. I tried twitter as well....
