How many kids are usually on your kid's hockey team?

There has been 16 on my kids teams

 Depends on the level and age of the children.  My son is in pre-tyke they have 10 per team (they rotate the player through the goalie position).  Next year tyke also has 10 skaters plus one full time goalie.  If he gets bumped to novice they have 15 skaters plus two goalies.

On my nephews there are about 25

My son had 11 this year and 10 last year. Next year I think will be around 15

The average seems to be about 18 for my son's teams, but it's varied widely throughout the years.

This year, they have 13 skaters and 2 goalies.

Oh, his spring/fall AAA league has 28 kids, but not all are "tournament" players. This year, they're doing a different format, and so I'm not sure if my son will be considered tournament or developmental this year. Last year, he was developmental, but still played two tournament games.
