Starting Weight 197 1-1-12
Well, week one was full of challenges and I found myself "reorganizing" my weightloss plan. I was trying to take in too few calories a day but that has all changed now. I didnt exercise as much as I would have liked, but that is what my goal for week two is: more exercise.
Anyway, Here are my results of my first week of weight loss:
7 lbs gone!!
5 inches gone!!
30 lbs left til my 1st goal weight...
55 lbs left til my 2nd goal weight...
I'm hoping the "myfitnesspalapp" will help keep me in line. I should be losing about 2 lbs per week with the help of this app. Until next week...GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!

This week I had a nasty cold and ate everything in sight. Even with that I still managed to lose 2 lbs this week and 2.25 inches!!
