A few people have mentioned how to do measurements, so I thought this would be useful.
Use a tape
measure to measure the areas on the body as shown by the diagram below. the lines, from top to bottom, are: bust and arm (2 seperate measurements), waist, hips and thigh.
Where to measure:
A. right and left upper arm: midway between the shoulder and the elbow
B. Waist: just above the naval. Find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bone. Breathe out naturally. Place a tape measure mid way between these points and wrap it around your waist.
C. Hips: at the maximum width
D. Right and Left thigh: just below the buttocks.
