intro and progress thus far

Hey, I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy making me go from 145 to a whopping 230. My initial baby weight loss was around 20 lbs. Haven't budged much since then. Until last week when my best friend got engaged and asked me to be her maid of honor.

So far I cut out soda completely from my diet and started 15 mins of cardio every morning with additional workouts if my day/ one year old allows for it. So far. I've lost 6.4 lbs just by that.

I know that my weightloss will slow down, when my body gets used to exercise/lack of soda but I'm excited to have that big of a result so far.

Great job!  Keep it up.  I know how challenging it can be.  Cutting out soda is a huge accomplishment in itself.
