I created this group because I am a mother of 3 that never really lost all of the pregnancy weight with my kids. I am currently breastfeeding and want to lose weight, but of course I don't want to compromise the health of my baby in the process. So I am making this group for moms that want to lose weight and breastfeed at the same time! I am all for excercise, but for the SAHM with a 8 month old along with a 4 and 6 year old, I need easy things that I can do at home! So let's all get together and lose it together!
