What are you wanting to experience this week? It's Monday and a great day to start getting clear and learning how to stay clear about our desires.
What are your goals for today and the week?
What do you see as "problems" to getting them accomplished?
I'll start. Today my goal is to get more activity in this group. I know that we have many members but not all join in.
What are my options?
I can create new topics of conversation.
I can send a group email inviting everyone to join us here.
I can blog about the group.
I can promote through links and networking sites.
Some of my challenges are
time
sticking to my plan
Action plan
I will start new topics.. this one is the first.. already started that.
I will set aside a given time each day to visit here and write more
While this is a small goal and easily accomplished, it's a good example of what I am talking about.
When you write down your goals one at a time and go through the process of it from thinking to doing, you get clear about what you really do desire to do.
A lot of the time people try to plan too many goals at once. This is a sure way to get burned out and feel frustrated.
When writing down your goals be fair to yourself. Make a list of short term, today's goals, then the week's goals, the month's, the year.
When you break them down it's much easier to see yourself accomplishing them.
Continue with the steps I outlined at the beginning of the post to discover the process of getting them done and how to move past any challenges you might encounter.

What are you listening to?
Are you listening to all the "bad news" on TV and feeling stressed and worried?
STOP IT>>>>>>
There is no recession.. it's all an illusion.
There is always abundance of everything.. there is no end to it.
Create a good news diary.. find things throughout the day that are good news and write them down.
You can even do it on your computer and add pictures to your good news paper..
This is a fun and uplifting exercise.. lets get going on it.. and create some good news.

Are your words and thoughts excellent?
To find out take a look at your life.
It reflects perfectly what you are focusing your energy on.
Don't like what you see?
Change your thinking, feeling and the words you speak.
There is only a stream of well being.
You are either floating along with it or fighting against it.
Your words, thoughts and feelings point out to you which direction you are going in.
Change the foundation of your life.. and you change your life.

How are you staying focued today on your dreams and goals?
Have you spent a few minutes in the silence? If not do it now before reading further.
That's better.
Have you thought and felt about how you really want your day to feel?
Do it now. Write it down in details, allow your emotions to get really involved so you can connect with the having of it energy.
Refresh your vision board. If it's the same one that's been hanging there for a while take off pictures of things you've already got and add a few new items.
Cyber shop.. look around at things you would like to have and create a folder on your desktop to keep the pictures.. look at this often. Include the links so you can get back there later.
Most people give up right before things start changing for them. Stuff happens that is the opposite of what is wanted and they just give up saying the law of attraction doesn't work for them.
Don't give up.. all the don't want stuff showing up is telling you that the do want stuff is just around the bend.. a hair's width away.. hold on.. to those good feelings.
