How about a taco dip? Layer refried beans, taco seasoned beef and cheese. Bake till warmed through and cheese is melted. Top with salsa, sour cream, guacamole or whatever else you like.

please put the name of the chip on my response so I get notified when  you post it.  I would be very interested.  Thank you.  I just made this salsa this weekend and had to give the recipe out.  It is a good one

Meatless Taco Dip:

Mix 16 ounces of Sour Creme with an appropriate amount of Taco Seasoning (depends on how spicy you like it). Spread evenly in a 9 x 9 glass casserole dish (or something pretty). Layer evenly with finely chopped lettuce, then shredded cheddar cheese and then well chopped tomatoes. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
