Breakfast is my most important meal of the day and the one I enjoy the most (love it!!!) I workout for an hour every morning from mondya to friday so need a good nutritious breakfast. I love what I usually have but wondering if I can incorporate anything new....just because....I love new foods :)
My usual breakfast consists of shakeology (which I will never cut out!), Eziekel bread with PB2 or honey and cinnamon or a bowl of cereal...
Any Ideas?? Liek some healthy, low fat, no sugar muffins I can bake and freeze to take out and have along side my shake??
