FB Friend the lady next door?

I really like her, she's super nice, bubbly, friendly, etc.  If she's outside, we stop and talk for at least 10 minutes (we don't have a fence big fence dividing us).  I don't know why I'm even asking, some people friend people they met in the coffee shop, haha.

Yeah, I don't post anything crazy, I complain about stuff (like motherfucking taxes!  ASSHOLE IRS), and upload pics of DS and the dogs.  I don't even really swear.  She is also friendly with my parents, we try to get together sometimes, but it never works out.  She's 40ish, but I know her.  It's a small community, so I have 'known' her for years.  I might as well.
