I'm going to go look at it today. My mother is coming with me because DH is working and I'll have the kids. I hope the doube wide is decent enough and if it's decent I hope I can get a loan for it. Decisions decisions decisions...
I saw it, I don't know why it's 15k it's decent, liveable... here are pics

kitchen with pergo floor.

nook area right by the kitchen

dining room

living room area 1

living room area 2

kids bedroom 1

kids bedroom 2

fireplace seperating the two living rooms

HUGE master bedroom

master closet

master bath

master tub.
There were 3-4 holes in the floor, but they weren't that big. No holes in the wall and the outdoor building was as big as my current house, or so it seemed.
DH wants to buy it, I want to buy it. I'll be calling banks on monday to see if we can get a loan for it *fingers crossed*
I don't mean to sound so nosey, im in real estate and I just think that wow, that's a pretty good deal!
Good luck to ya and hey nothing wrong with a dw, I live in one myself and own a stick built house lol... More room in the dw though, it sits on a full basement and is much easier to maintain than the stickbuilt home.
It's 15k for the DW, a acre lot, A big out building, it's metal on a concrete slab and it has another storage buillding, that isn't very big. The property is fully fenced and it has a few trees, and the yard has been well maintained. The property is in OKlahoma, I live in a nearby city next to one of the bigger two cities in the state and the home is 6 miles away from where I currently live in the same city.
Quoting 4and1mom:
Just curious, is it 15k for the dw and the lot it sits on (you mentioned an outbuilding) and if so what size is the lot and what part if the country are you in?

I don't like the kitchen....too small lol. Is there enough cabinet space?
looks totally doable! weird that the people living there didn't tidy up a bit more for the photos, but whatevs.
Where do you live? It's nearly impossible where I live to get financing on a mobile home that more than 10 years old.
