I defrosted 1 and 1/2 pounds of ground beef. So, Swedish meatballs over egg noodles and gravy sauce? Or meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy? Both with a side of garlic soy sauce baked French cut green beans.

Meatloaf.. I'm not sure what Swedish meatballs are.. Lol.
Last time I made meatloaf I did it in muffin tins; little individual ones, they turned out good and cooked fast.

Meatloaf and potatoes.
How do you make the green beans? That sounds really good.

I said Swedish meatballs, but mostly because DH makes those in the crockpot and they require little work (we buy the pre-made balls, though).
Meatloaf and mashed potatoes sounds heavenly. I haven't had meatloaf in over 15 years and I can always eat my weight in mashed potatoes!
