my son really wants to make his own website. haha. i figure what the heck, its not a bad idea to let him try. 

is there any good places to make a free website or something like that? he wants to make a "scooter website" where he can link pictures of cool scooter videos, have a section to look at different scooters and scooter parts... that kind of thing. would a blog work?

 I think a blog would be best.  He can blog about them and set up sections for everything else.

yeah good idea. i will check out blogspot and similar for him.

he was just telling me he wants to make a section for "buy sell and trade" where other scooter riders can post the parts they no longer use/need and others can buy them or trade for other parts.

scootering is serious business these days. he might be on to something. LOL

 Weebly.com is the website that I know from in and out. My website amandabears.com is built through weebly, only I do my own designs otherwise it's really easy to navigate, it's drag and drop.
