I seriously don't get these salaries. I remember when I worked for the City of Vancouver, the people busting their asses scrubbing toilets were making $30,000/year while the city manager pulled in close to $700,000/year. Where is there any fucking possible rational reason for this wage gap? I don't care how much education you have, how many long hours you work, how you are the 'face' of a company etc etc...you do not deserve to earn this kind of money unless you shit pure gold. This goes for professional athletes, celebrities etc. There is no way to justify this kind of shit.

They make a percent of what the company makes, so it depends on how much the company makes.  It doesn't seem real to me, so I don't worry about it.

If you want to be really angry, be angry that Zuckerburg became a billionaire on the idea of 2 other people who probably would have never made a billion dollars with their idea.  Some people just have vision and the cajones to get it done.   Also, I don't think Zukerburg is working all that hard.  I mean is always on FB jetting to some other country or something. stick out tongue mini

Imagine if they cut those CEO's salary in HALF and used the remainder to help off more obtainable insurance for those who can't afford it? Damn...that'd be alot of new policy holders.

The president or CEO or whatever of whole foods only makes a certain percentage more than the lowest paid worker. I think that is fair. I don't remember what percentage, but its not a ridiculous amount of money.
