Those who are participating, even if not posting..

What has this week been like for you? Is daily healty eating and exercise business as usual? If not, is it 'helping' in some way? Have you lost a pound or two? Noticed a body part looking a little more firm than usual? Found yourself with more energy, or more motivation?

I definitely pushed harder than usual. I cut out the afternoon face-stuffing sessions that had become so frequent this year. I got re-excited about cooking.

I think I lost a pound, maybe two. I hurt literally everywhere, but it's not a bad feeling. I'm glad we have two weeks left. Hoping to continue my habits after the challenge is over.

I've gain 2 lbs, which was my goal. But it's mostly "clean" weight gain. Ahaha. I'm lifting heavier and gained 1/2 inch to my biceps. I'm gonna measure my lower body after my workout today.
