I'm so tired all the time

I have been ready for bed by 8 for the last week and a half. I'm tired all tge time. What's this about.

Things to get checked: thyroid; iron levels; Vitamin D levels; B-12 levels...ask your dr for a blood test for thos epsecific things.

Agreed. Also, I've been told by several doctors that women benefit greatly from vitamin D.

And, have you peed on a stick?

Probably. My sister thinks I'm still recovering. I really haven't don't anything crazy since the race. 1 really easy 4 miler, some yoga. Maybe I just need to take anotger week or two off.

I have pernicious anemia. so I take biweekly B12 injections. I can tell when I'm late giving myself a shot, because I get sluggish and foggy. 

What race did you just do?

How do I get in on that b12 shot action? Are drs generally ok giving them out?

Your dr might be, especially if you tell them you're an athlete! :-) It's not like it's a controlled substance. Many doctors give patients B12 shots tohelp with weight loss.

Way to go on your marathon! I only run if something is chasing me lol.

Excuse my AWing on your post...but my brother competed in the Chattanooga Ironman competition a few weeks ago!!! 2.4 mile swim, 116 mi bike ride and a full (26.2) marathon...all completed in 11 hrs 34 min!!!!  He's awesome!

 Bleh, I second the thyroid thing. And I'm anemic too, and have hypothyroidism. Its a bitch.
