Quoting Djinn83:Overtraining?

Quoting Eastcoastmom24: Agreed. Also, I've been told by several doctors that women benefit greatly from vitamin D.

I have pernicious anemia. so I take biweekly B12 injections. I can tell when I'm late giving myself a shot, because I get sluggish and foggy.
What race did you just do?

How do I get in on that b12 shot action? Are drs generally ok giving them out?

Your dr might be, especially if you tell them you're an athlete! :-) It's not like it's a controlled substance. Many doctors give patients B12 shots tohelp with weight loss.
Way to go on your marathon! I only run if something is chasing me lol.
Excuse my AWing on your post...but my brother competed in the Chattanooga Ironman competition a few weeks ago!!! 2.4 mile swim, 116 mi bike ride and a full (26.2) marathon...all completed in 11 hrs 34 min!!!! He's awesome!

Bleh, I second the thyroid thing. And I'm anemic too, and have hypothyroidism. Its a bitch.
