For those of you who could use a little encouragement, I am posting this. When I smoked, I hated it when people preached to me about it, when I could've just used some encouragement.

This is why I stopped smoking one year and four months ago.

Good for you!!!!

I quit on April 8, 2012. Two days after I found out I was pregnant.

It was so hard. I was a heavy smoker. I was half woman, half Marlboro light 100.

Totally worth it. This is my why.

Nice !!! Its been over 2 years since I had a cigarette. I do not miss getting overwhelmed by not having the lung capacity to handle one flight of stairs.

Just keep it going lady !! It will keep getting easier.

No :(

I don't think he'll ever be able too, at least until kids are out of the house.

Congrats! I quit with each of my pregnancies and then started up after. I'm so weak.

Part of the problem is that I've been smoking so long that I feel like part of my identity is being a smoker, KWIM? I've got to get over that and quit somehow.

I was doing so well in July and August, then I fell off the wagon. Sigh. I'm tired of smelling. I charged up all my ecigs and keep saying I'm going to do it (again) soon. The cold weather is helping somewhat.

I quit about 9 years ago, and I'm so happy I did!  Totally worth it ladies!  I don't even have the slightest urge anymore!  You'll get there!
