I'm actually really excited about it. The first one is plain, the second with vanilla extract and the third with dark chocolate chips melted in. I'm chilling them now and then will taste.

Thoughts on almond milk? Is it really a better alternative? I really like dark chocolate almond milk from Silk.

I only drink almond milk, never cow's milk. This is really neat! How did you make it??

Soak 1 cup of almond for one to two nights. Rinse and drain, then combine with 2 cups of water in a blender. Pulse a few times to break up, then grind until creamy. Pour through a nut bag (lol) into a bowl and squeeze to leave behind pulp. I read those strainer things work okay too but a nut bag (lol) works better and it was only 5 dollars.

LMAO at nut bag. Haha. Where does one buy a nut bag?

"Um, yes, can you tell me which aisle you keep your nut bags in?" lol
