I have never given anyone an intervention but I have had them or maybe they were more like ultimatums like we known your using get out or go to a program

I've been given an intervention/an ultimatum. And I participated in an intervention. It  seems it doesn't work as well as the show "Intervention" makes it seem. Each time I wouldn't give in  to the intervention/ultimatum until I realized I had hit rock bottom and that I had enough. And it was same for the people that I participated in interventions. And it seems to take quite a bit for people to realize they have finally hit rock bottom.

I had gone to jail for my drinking, I was homeless for almost 9 months. It was more so my mom would let me come back for a few days and then I was right back out on my ass. And getting pregnant with my son was a real wake up call
