Wednesday Workout

What did you do to exercise today?  Is it your rest day?

 

I ended up going to 5:30AM Boot Camp class at my gym.  I normally go at 10AM, but I have to take my kids for haircuts at 9AM, so I had to go early to fit it in.  Ugh.  I never get up that early!!!   But, at least it is out of the way...  I burned 633 calories in the hour.

Today is kenpo x and I was going to take a lunch break and do it but just told dh to watch the office I was going home to workout and do some house stuff :) so that's where I'm headed too now

I'm also going to try out that new fit in 90 on YouTube I heard about last night I book marked it and want to give it a go looks like a mini little p90 work out its 30 min long

Burn Circuit 2 was awesome!  I really enjoyed it!  My body was hurting from my workout 2 days ago, but jumping into this made it feel much better!! I'm sure I'll be feeling it again tomorrow ;-p

I did my arms with a program tone it up from youtube.  and followed up with 20 minutes of my butt workout through pop pilates on you tube.  I feel all toned up and great so now I am doing all my housework and trying to make lunch.
