I led my friends through an hour long strength training circuit (I did it, too)... Then I did 20 mins on the ArcTrainer while holding a 25-lb plate. I burned 798 calories.

Well, I decided not to do yoga today. Instead I did 40 minutes on the stationary bike. I feel great now.. :)

Today is a 'rest' day for me, but I did take the kids on a mile walk.  With both of them in the stroller I was pushing 60lbs.  Great workout! ;-p
