I have had to take a 6 day break from p90x and even doing anything and I feel so lazy but I needed it really
But I am going to ease back into working out tommrrow
Going to start with a 30-45 min stationary bike ride tommrrow
Then if all goes well ill be doing my p90x by Thursday or Friday at the LATEST !
