I have a challenge going for my BB team, but thought I'd share it with all of you!
I'm in because I need some kind of workout plan..you know the kind you pencil into a calendar LOL!
Got mine done too! Feeling good!
yesterday I did the pushups, the squats and then I got out my fitness ball and did 25 situps too. I just felt like adding a little more. I feel like I have neglected my abs lately ;-p
