I wasn't kicking any ass last night... there is a wildfire not too far from my house, and the smoke in the air was giving me breathing troubles. So I decided to put my run off for tonight, and I'm doing it in addition to my usual Tuesday workout (full body "body weight" strength training). :]
I think I over worked myself on Sunday, so I didn't do anything yesterday because I was so sore. Today I went on a 5 mile fast walk/jog. I need to give my body another day before I do more.
