I think the most used appliance would be my coffemaker since I make coffe like 3 to 4 times a day :O)

Not kitchen... I use our gas grill almost every night since the oven heats up the house. We have a smoker on wheels that we use on the weekends for get-togethers. My fav there would have to be slow smoked brisket! I even love grilled shrimp and haven't found much of anything that can't be cooked on the grill :O))
