                            Chicken Fajita Pizza

boneless, skinless chicken breast

onion

bell pepper

salsa

pizza dough or crust

shredded cheese(have fun with this and experiment with different cheese)

fajita seasoning

Thinly slice your chicken breast, onion, and peppers. Cook your chicken in a skillet with a little evoo until almost done. Add your onion and peppers and cook until tender-crisp. Add about half a packet of fajita seasoning and half the amount of water directed on the packet.Cook accordingly.

Spread your pizza dough out on your baking sheet and preheat oven according to the package. Spread salsa across your pizza dough and then add the chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle with what ever cheeses your heart desires.

Bake until the pizza dough is done and the cheese is nice and melted.

Double check to make sure the center of your dough is cooked through, sometimes the center doesn't want to cook as well as everything else.
