Tex-mex chicken (crock pot)
boneless skinless chicken
taco seasoning( 1 packet)
2Tbsp flour
1 cup corn
1 red and green bell pepper
1 jar salsa
rice
shredded cheese
sour cream
Cut your chicken and bell peppers into strips. Place chicken into crock pot. Add taco seasoning and flour. Stir to coat well. Add your corn and bell peppers and then top with a jar of salsa. Cook on low for at least 6hrs. High for 4
Serve over rice and add cheese and sour cream on top.
Im always hesitant with crock pot recipes. Has anyone made this?
