sounds yummy! i've only ever had it in the oven...sucks when its dry, i prefer ham over turkey lol.

Usually chicken and turkey. I do occasionally make cornish game hens for hubby and I if we are celebrating a birthday or anniversary or holiday at home as a nice romantic treat.
