Blueberry cream biscuits with blueberry sauce YUMMM

just thought i would share this. Found the recipe in a mag and decided to make it .. OMG delish.!!

bake at 425 for 17 -20 mins

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup whipping cream

mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt & nutmeg. Then add in blueberries. Then your going to add the whipping cream. once that is mixed take out the dough and place it on a flour surfaced and turn out the dough 4-5 times. place dough on parchment lined baking sheet. form dough to a 7-8 inch square about 1 inch thick. cut into 12 -16 biscuits with pizza cutter leave the biscuits intact. Bake for 17-20 mins.

in med sauce pan combine 1 cup blueberries 1/3 cup sugar & 2 tbsp water. Bring that to a simmer. cook and stir blueberries till poped and sauce is thinckened. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and another cup of blue berries. Now eat and enjoy!! :)

These sound really good. I'm going to have to see if the blueberries are ripe yet.
