I've heard about using applesauce or black beans to give baked goods a healthier twist. Do you have any other tips?
Would this be okay if someone was lactose intolerant? My hubby can't eat it, but I would think baking would be okay since it's mixed in.

I tend to do this when making sloppy joes or hamburger pie or pasta.
