I've heard about using applesauce or black beans to give baked goods a healthier twist. Do you have any other tips?

I've heard you can use sour cream as well, I think that was posted here.

These are some great tips!  A lot of it I didn't know, especially the bananas and baking soda!

I've tried this before and didn't notice a difference. How did yours come out?
