I will have company tonight (future dil's parents) and future dil and my son. And of course my dh. We are grilling chicken. What would you have for vegetables?  DH and I have talked about pasta salad maybe. What else if I have pasta salad? Or other ideas?

How about grilled zucchini and/or yellow squash?  Dice zucchini, squash, and onion.  Toss with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.  Place in foil pan.  Grill, tossing occasionally until tender crisp.  Easy and delicious!

I do like that. We have had zucchini and onions grilled like that. I like squash too. Thanks.

We had pasta salad, corn (it was the frozen kind shaped long like ear of corn, it was good) and a salad, baked beans and of course grilled chicken. I couldn't decide and wanted to be sure we had what the company liked. I knew my future dil liked corn, my son loves the pasta salad, so I could have not cooked as many things but it was good.
