The only thing i make with foil paper is catfish, I add some sliced onions,jalapenos,tomatoes it's soo good !

 I add lemon juice, garlic, parsley and pepper!

It's the only fish I eat! lol

 The only thing I've ever tried in a foil packet was fish with a tomato and onion salsa on top.  I was the only one that ate it.

I love to line pans in foil...makes clean up much easier.

 Boneless meat[beef, chicken. or pork] sautee`d in a pan. Potatoes cubed, pan fried til'  golden. all wrapped in the foil, baked to perfection in one steamy foil package.
