This takes some planning, but meat takes so much better when it gets a bit of time to soak up flavor!

This simple, all-purpose marinade from allrecipes.com is just garlic, soy sauce, olive oil and water can be used on all sorts of meats. Best of all, you probably have most of the ingredients at home. This marinade from epicurious.com is a bit more involved, but claims it’s the only recipe you’ll ever need!

Do you marinate often? What's your favorite way to add a bit of flavor? Share your recipes here!

I love the Marinades that you posted. I also like Citrus-ish types for Chicken. As a matter of fact, I'm making Steaks for Dinner tonight using this one:

(3/4) Cup Pineapple Juice

(1/3) Cup Red Cooking Wine

(1/4) Cup Teriyaki Sauce

(1/4) Cup Soy Sauce

(4) Garlic Cloves (Minced)

(1) Teaspoon Ground Ginger

(1/4) Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Daisypath - (oQoi)
