If you live on the East Coast, summertime is synonymous with clam bakes - family and friends getting together to celebrate the great outdoors. But, you don't have to be an East Coaster to take part in real down home seafood bakes.
If you have a grill and you have some tinfoil you are good to go. Just wrap your shellfish - clams, mussels, crab legs, crawfish, lobster tails in tin foil with lemon wedges. Place it on the grill and cook until done. Don't forget your potatoes and corn, which can also be cooked on the grill - at the same time!
