My favorite muffins are Blueberry and Cranberry Almond. While I have tried many muffin recipes, I can't seem to get the type of consistency as those bought in bakeries and grocery stores. You know the kind I am talking about; raised high on top, moist and dense yet still crumbles. Does anyone know of a recipe for these kinds of Muffins? I have also tried quick bread recipes, no luck.
