What is your signature dish? And what makes it so great (except for you of course ;-)

I think mine is a toss up between Mimosa salad and a toast Skagen (Scandinavian dish)

One of the things I make most often is banana bread, it is not a meal or anything, but everyone loves it

Bake ziti. It is just a recipe that I made up and it turned out good. Now when I start pulling stuff out to make it my son will pull a chair up to the counter and sit and watch all day long as it cooks lol! It even got my MIL to leave me alone with her thinking that I cannot cook good ;)

I need a good banana bread or muffin recipe.  I have some ripe bananas that I have to use.

Believe it or not, it's actually spaghetti ~ I am such a spaghetti snob lol...no one, restaurants, most home cookers etc do not make it right, I have spent years finding the best way to make it. I brown up & chop up ground beef (usually 2 lbs of meat, unless it's more than just my family of 3), liberally using "meat magic" spice (paul ??? Has a pic that looks like Dom deluise on it). Then I use 1/2 reg spaghetti noodles & 1/2 "smart taste" ronzoni spaghetti noodles & make them as per directions... Don't like crunchy or al dente noodles, so make them perfected... On longest time but try them once they get close to "done"... Then I put 2 different jarred spaghetti sauces together (always use at least 1 jar of 6 cheese - cant remember if it's prego or ragu who makes it - then use whatever other one I have on hand that is different than the 1st jar). Heat up all in separate pans. When noodles & hamburger meat are done & once the sauce is done, put sauce into noodles (make sure you have drained the water out of noodles lol) & coat the noodles... Then put the meat in & mix well... Time to eat!

Forgot to add that EVERYONE who has ever tried it, LOVES IT!!!! My BFF's kids go crazy over it & even my BFF who isn't fond of spaghetti loves it & will eat a ton of it lol
