I'm buying one for a Father's Day gift. Has anyone ever cooked with one? I guess the wood chips make a nice flavor. You use charcoal and wood chips.

I love charcoal smoking though it's more tedious than electric smoking. Depending on what we're smoking we'll put different types of wood chips in. Apple, hickory, Plum, Peach, Alder, Maple, Cherry, Oak, etc.
