Summertime Recipes - Bake Potato Perfection

Posted by   + Show Post

Baked potatoes are the perfect accompaniment for any backyard barbeque. They are easy to make, and keep well for leftovers the next day. If you buy a large sack of spuds at the grocery store, you'll get a better deal and will be able to spread out the potatoes through out the week.

For the perfect barbequed baked potato, take your spuds and wash them thoroughly under warm water.  Next get a few squares of tinfoil - enough for as many potatoes as you are cooking that day. Place the potatoes in the foil and spritz evenly with cooking spray. Sprinkle on sea salt. Wrap them up and place them on the grill. Cook until the potatoes give when squeezed with tongs.

Moms, what are your favorite baked potato toppings?
