Mealtime Prep - Burgers for a Crowd

If you're making burgers for your family barbeque this weekend, make sure to make tinfoil part of the prep.  I learned this trick from my mom and I still use it today.  Here's how to make the perfect patty.

Divide your meat into equal portions for however many people you are feeding.

Roll each potion into a small ball, like a hefty meatball. Place the ball between two pieces of foil and smash into the shape of a perfect patty. Repeat for all patties.

Season accordingly to taste before placing on the grill. I love using season salt.

Once grilled to perfection, serve with all the fixings like cheese, tomato, onion and lettuce.

Moms, what do you serve along side your burgers?
