How many of you have changed your eating and cooking life styles? How? Please share your secrets.
I've tried. Less oil and salt.
excercise is very important. I make sure I work out at least 3 times a week. My workout consist of 30 min or more of cardio and 25 to 30 min of weight training
I totally agree its tough. I was just telling my hubby how I have no will power. So we just don't buy the bad stuff (only on holidays). I treat myself every once in a while and of course I try not to deprive myself too much
I too have adopted less fat, sodium and sugar into my diet. Its all in the mind. I was like ...no sugar in my coffee eww. But I tried and its two years or so now that I drink my coffee with no sugar :) ...I also stopped buying adobo and by my seasonings seperate ...no salt ;)
I use olive oil to cook now. Most of the time I just use the oven.
totally less cans in my home...I think the only thing I buy regularly in a can is tuna and tomatoe sauce. fresh veggies and homemade everything.
I will admit ...I need to drink more water
