I just learned about this fish. It is a very firm white fish that tastes alot like tilapia. It is mild in flavor. Let me know if you have ever heard of it or have had it. It is very inexpensive

Yes I love it! I wrap it in tin foil put itlain dressin soy sauce old bay n a couple other spices n put it in the oven or grill.. Yum!

I've seen it in the grocery store, but I've never tried it. I love tilapia, so I'm definitely interested. I might get it next time I go shopping.

Yep, its very good! Very economical and tastes like any firm white fish.

I tried some cheaper white fish before that I didn't care for, but this name isn't ringing a bell. Hmm. I'm glad it turned out well for you!!
