Shake n' Bake fail?

Every time I use a Shake n' Bake it sticks to the bottom of the pan and gets all mushy.. Never works, and I follow the directions exactly... DH got a pork Shake n' Bake and pork chops and asked me to make them tonight... It looks delicious if I don't screw them up! Anyone have this problem? Any clue what's going wrong??

Maybe a roasting pan? So air is working through the bottom also? Or turn them halfway through? I'm not sure I've never used shake n bake.

Sorry Ive never used shake and bake but a roasting pan or even a grate over a regular pan would seem like it would work.

Make sure when you use the shake n bake that all excess stuff comes off the pork chops. Then spray bottom of pan or glass dish with pam or non stick spray. Cover with foil. Check half way and flip over.

If you use frying pan use low to medium heat, spray frying pan use a pinch of flour. Monitor this closely!!!

Good luck sounds great :)

Put foil on the baking.sheet first, i find that helps alot with the mushiness and cleanup
