Baked Chicken: Marinate with lime (30 mins to 1 hr), peel limes and bake in dish with chicken. Bake in oven 400 until completely done (1 hr - 1/2 depends on your oven). Jasmine rice. Sugar fried bananas

Pork Chops: Landrys Hawaii marinade, lemon pepper marinade or rub and coat with butter, rosemary and garlic salt. (bake 400 until done-45 mins to 1 hr). Black Beans (2 cans or 1 bag dry). Grilled apsaragus. Chocolate pudding pie.

Tortilla Casserole: Your choice of tortilla chips (smash entire bag). Coat in non stick spray or rub 13x9 dish. Layer bottom with tortilla chips (evenly), layer of shredded cheese (your choice what kind), layer of corn (fresh-cut) or can of corn (drained), layer cheese, then more tortillas, then layer black beans drained, layer of diced tomato (fresh or can-drained), then layer hamburger drained, then layer of peppers/onions, another of cheese, layer tortillas. Bake 350 until done (20-30 mins TOP) just before removing add top layer heavy shredded cheese.

an old family fav...a campbells soup recipe but for all the food that I cook it was THIS recipe that made my husband decide I was his woman, lol

2 cans cream of chicken

2 cans chicken broth

2 cans rice

one chicken fryer, cut up

one spoon mayonaise (trust me)

dump the rice into a 13x9 baking sheet.  mix the soup with the chicken broth and add to the rice...stir. place chicken parts on rice mixture...rub a bit of mayonaise on the surface of the chicken (yes, trust me, it makes a difference if you dont use it...just a thin rub,  not a lot.)

cover  baking sheet with tin foil...bake on 375 for one hour, remove foil and bake until the chicken is nicely browned...my fam loves it and it is a recipe that has been around easily, since the 60's!
